Commercial Series Exclusive Features

Internal Seat Leveling — assures the seat remains level throughout the lowering and lifting of the user. Also, the internal linkage provides for a stationary unit to become a fully portable unit with simple installation.
Portable Capability System — This patent pending feature allows the Commercial Series Lifts to be purchased as a stationary lift and transformed into a fully portable unit. This additional capability can be added when the Commercial Series Lift is first purchased or added at any time thereafter.
Key Lock-Out System — Is designed to lock the system from being used when necessary. This can be done nearly instantly with just the turn of a key.
Emergency Return System — In the unlikely event of a malfunction of the control systems, the Commercial Series Lifts are designed to smoothly and automatically return to the “home position” up and out of the water.

Anchor Information

Tri Point- used for new construction, or if replacing old concrete. Benefit: simple to bond.
Retro fit anchor- existing concrete, comes with bonding lug, Not necessary to remove 3x3 area of concrete.
Drop In- least invasive method. Use 7/8 carbide drilling bit, 2 1/2" deep. Downside: more difficult to bond. While the anchors themselves don't require bonding, the lift should be. We advise that all lifts be bonded.
