ADA Accessibility Summary for Swimming Pools
EFFECTIVE - 5/21/12The Department of Justice has issued it's final ruling on the implementation of the
Americans with Disabilities Act, extending the compliance date for the 2010 Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Standards for Accessible Design for existing
pools and spas to January 31, 2013.
